Le conseil de laboratoire de l'Unité Fonctionnalité et Ingénierie des Protéines (UFIP, UMR CNRS 6286) de l’Université de Nantes, réuni le 13 février 2020, s’alarme des éléments contenus dans les rapports et communications préalables officielles en lien avec le projet de loi de programmation pluriannuelle de la recherche : remise en cause du statut des Enseignant.e.s-Chercheur.e.s et des Chercheur.e.s et de la référence aux 192 h équivalent TD, aggravation du processus de contractualisation de l'ESR. Ces éléments remettent également en cause les fonctions du CNU et l'évaluation des carrières par les pairs. Ces propositions n'apportent aucune solution à la dégradation préoccupante de nos conditions de travail et à la précarisation des personnels BIATS et ITA et des jeunes chercheur.e.s déjà affecté.e.s par la réforme récente de l’assurance chômage. Enfin, les projets de développement de nouveaux contrats précaires (tenure track, CDI de projets, etc.) mettent en danger le statut des personnels de l'ESR et menacent leur capacité à assurer leurs missions de service public d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche.
